Follow this guide if your response sheet is showing incorrect marks or failing to load.
Sometimes the official response sheet doesn't include the correct options yet (usually for newly released keys).
Open your response sheet link in Google Chrome.
Look at any question. Check if the Correct Option (highlighted in Green) is visible on the official page.
If the browser shows "--" or doesn't highlight any option, then the data hasn't been released by the board yet.
"If you can see correct options in your browser but our app shows 0 marks..."
"If the browser itself doesn't highlight correct options, our AI cannot calculate your marks yet."
If the browser shows your answer key correctly but our platform is failing to parse it, please report it to us immediately.
