1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hprankchecker.in ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable state regulatory frameworks.

2. Informational & Educational Purpose

HP Rank Checker is an independent community project. All calculations, raw score totals, shift rank estimations, and percentiles are statistical estimates generated from crowd-sourced candidate submissions.

They do not constitute official declaration of selection, qualifying status, or government appointment. Final appointment lists are solely issued by authorized examination authorities (HPRCA, HPPSC, HPBOSE).

3. User Conduct & Prohibitions

• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, inject malicious scripts into, or overload the platform parsing APIs.
• Automated scraping, bulk submission bots, or denial-of-service attempts will result in permanent IP blacklisting.
• You may not submit fraudulent or altered DigiALM URLs intended to pollute statistical bell curves.

4. Intellectual Property

The original platform design, brand identity, normalization algorithms, and user interface elements are protected by copyright. Response sheet data remains the property of the respective examining bodies and participating candidates.
